Meet Dr. Steven Steiner, DMD

Dr. Steven Steiner grew up in the northern suburbs of Chicago, and he earned his Bachelor’s degree at The Ohio State University. During his undergraduate years, he was involved in multiple research projects, encouraging his interest in healthcare. He took a dental mission trip to the Dominican Republic, which helped solidify his decision to pursue dentistry. He went on to earn his DMD from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry, where he continued to engage in clinical research and evidence-based practice.

Dr. Steiner prioritizes the use of modern, digital technology when providing dental care. He believes that dentistry is always evolving and staying current is essential to providing high-quality care. He involves himself with continuing education courses to refine his skills and grow as a provider. He also places a strong emphasis on empathy and patient engagement, taking time to explain why treatments are needed and to understand each patient’s perspective when determining the most appropriate treatment.

He is also a folk and country music musician who plays guitar, sings, and performs shows at local venues around the state. He enjoys collecting vinyl records and running in his free time.
